There used to be a path through the HELP section to get to "chat" or to request a call. Now I can't find it, and I've been having a problem with returning a defective item. Unfortunately, I opened a case then accidentally closed it before I'd even written an entire sentence. Now the system won't let me start a new or reopen the old case. I had already communicated with the seller, but the seller didn't know how to handle it either and did nothing to help me find out. I DID talk to eBay more than a week ago when the path to chat was still apparent. They said they would deal with the seller and get back in a few days.
