Ok, so probably spoilers , but I was rumbling around post game in the lonely KM when I found a small lvl 30 quest called The Witcher's Forge in a small loot box or something along the wall in the room with the staircase that goes to the upper bedroom area. Just look thru some of the stuff there and you should find it. Very quick mission. Meh XP, fairly decent loot. The quest itself: Got only 25 XP for a green quest. Got lvl 24 Ban Ard armor, blah, but also some random loot and a Mastercrafted Wolven chest piece! I'm not sure if loot is randomized or not, but it was a decent score.
