People might look at my gear and think guilds hooked me up…nope…after months of raiding I was thrown the scraps no one else wanted. I raided as a Retribution Paladin in a guild who shall not be named but they will read this post on Benediction. The guild who shall not be named did not allow me to roll on melee dps items even though I raided as retribution. So then I joined a new guild. The guild told me I had to respec Holy…so I did.

This article will help you get familiarized with the website, how to start logging in-game, and how to upload your logs. This process is very simple, but make sure you follow every step. To upload logs to the site, you will need to create an account. Make sure to use a valid email as we verify your account via an activation email. If you can't see the email, make sure to check your spam folder. Classic users must claim your characters via the Blizzard Forums or by uploading a log by that character. There are details on the linked page. Please note that the character has to exist on Warcraft Logs by having a log uploaded with it before you can claim it. Before any logging in World of Warcraft, you need to make sure Advanced Combat Logging is enabled in your Network settings. This is required in order for logs to be accepted on the site. There is a toggle for 'Advanced Combat Logging' which needs to be enabled. This is an in-game toggle that makes the game write all the combat events in a file called WoWCombatLog. This file can be found in the Logs folder in your WoW folder.

Oh look at the bottom of the meters! Ret palas and other classes that can't afford a respec. How in the world can you not afford a respec? SoD throws so much gold at you there is no excuse. And warlock? We can guess that it's destro but what about afflie? Is this spec still in game? People need to stop whining so much over who is on the top. I playe as a ret paladin, had a blast topping the meters last phase and now we dont, which ofc sucks, but blizzard themselves said before phase 2, that they might shake things up and turn everything upside down.

When you live log, the client monitors the log file and uploads any new fights instantly to the website. I love WoW. Like EVER. This view makes it easy to see if cooldowns are being used as expected, as well as if players are standing in good buffs healing cooldowns or staying out of bad debuffs fire on the floor! This view also provides a meter section where damage, healing, damage taken, or many other options can be viewed while replaying the fight. This file can be found in the Logs folder in your WoW folder. You'll want to go into the correct game version. If you are viewing an individual player, you can instead use this graph to toggle specific abilities! The compare section of a log allows one player to compare themselves directly to another, which is extremely useful for looking at multiple players of the same class and spec. You can navigate this comparison log in the same way you would an individual log.
