Vampirina and her family move to Pennsylvania and she is eager to make friends. Vee invites her new human friends over for a sleepover and tries to keep them from seeing anything Transylvanian. Vee goes to school but gets scared during the class photo. Vee invites her class over for a party of spooky surprises. While trying to learn a dance, Vee unwittingly teaches a dance that gets the attention of a competitive ghoul. Edna enters a "Green Thumb Competition" but accidentally uses Oxana's magical seeds. Vee goes on a field trip to the Natural History Museum and runs into an old family friend. Vee looks after her little cousin who turns out to be a little terror! Vampirina is an American animated children's television series created by Chris Nee. It features much of the staff that has worked on another program created by Nee, Doc McStuffins. The series ended on June 28, , after 3 seasons and 75 episodes. The Hauntley family have to learn to do things the "Pennsylvania way", especially when Vee is at school, all while keeping their monster lives a secret from humans so they don't scare them. Of the first season's 15 episodes, 10 premiered within the month of October to tie into Halloween and were also placed on Disney Junior's streaming and video on demand venues.
