The best comedy in my opinion is unfiltered, blatantly honest comedy. The way Theo talks, whether it's the southern accent or just his mannerisms but likely a combination of these, adds to his unique character and humor. He's quickly become a new favorite comedian. Gang gang! Here are my top picks in no particular order for the funniest, must-listen-to episodes from This Past Weekend with Theo Von. Episode with Shane Gillis. The chemistry between Shane Gillis and Theo Von is unexpectedly brilliant. Their awkward yet amazing interactions, filled with mutual understanding yet sprinkled with hilarious awkward moments, make this pairing comedy gold.

What really captured my attention, however, was the way Theo Von expertly weaved humor and relatable anecdotes throughout the story. I listened to the special before the podcasts and I didn't really believe the stories, but after hearing his podcasts I know most of it is true. I said maybe the opening is not that good it might get better after this but after watching the whole thing, i can say that it didn't feel like it was theo. Or maybe his humor is just for the few and far between. Was dying laughing with my girlfriend the whole time and I consider myself a comedian enthusiast so I've seen a lot of people. Even if you're in middle school, it's still not good. What really captured my attention, however, was the way Theo Von expertly weaved humor and relatable anecdotes throughout the story. I genuinely think this is one of my top 3 things to watch. People laugh at the stuff he didn't want him to laugh at most of the time and then he will give her the punchline and sometimes it misses the Mark. While there are a couple of funny moments, some of it is really cringey, and that's not because I have an issue with offensive comedy. For those unfamiliar with Theo Von, he is a successful stand-up comedian who ventured into the world of podcasting. Calling his humor unique is just a cop out way of saying that he's not funny. I didn't laugh and maybe smiled a few times at the most.
