Almost a zero chance of catching any rares for loot. In my entire alt army I think I recieved one piece of usable loot from this event besides the ring. I am hoping and praying Low drop chance of cosmetics on top of everything else. It certainly feels like this was just thrown together without much thought. It seems like the cache reward from the quest should at least have a chance of containing Bottled Essence, or it should contain more gold, Storm Sigils, or Elemental Overflow. Even just for the mount must have been painful, considering that the cache only gives 9 currency the first time each week 3 on subsequent events , and the boss only drops 6—which you might not even be able to loot sometimes due to sharding or tagging issues. Then, the event itself gives very little Overflow, so you have to farm the other Storms to actually buy the mount, pet, or toy. Yea the over flow was the hard part, i had to wait for the storms to interact with the WQ, so there was people there farming… or join a pre made.
