I finally gathered the courage to create my Planner Setup! I have not been this nervous about beginning a planner since my first Hobonichi Cousin. This planner is so beautiful, and I was afraid of messing it up. Gumption: spirited initiative and resourcefulness. I covered the yearly calendar page with my gratitude and money affirmations. I got this idea from Lavendaire , and it is brilliant!

I figured it was time for a Common Planner Update, especially since we are already a few weeks into the new year! When things change, I usually draw a line through it. I will only use whiteout when I need to write something else in the date block. I had a few fumbles the first day working in the Common Planner , but I quickly recovered and have loved how these weekly pages are turning out. I do like the way it looks! I do like having a Focus section; I just have to get better at writing it down at the beginning of the week. I also tipped in one of Sterling Inks beautiful free monthly calendar printables.
