A native Oregonian, Stephanie has always loved the Archives, interning there in as an undergraduate. Stephanie has a passion for increasing public access to government records. She is a frequent presenter of records management best practices to public officials in cities, counties, state agencies, and special districts across Oregon. When not at work, Stephanie enjoys listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time in the outdoors with her son. She oversees the state initiative, referendum and candidate processes, as well as campaign finance regulations and state voting resources. Molly earned her B. A first generation American and college graduate, Molly cares deeply about the issues overseen by the Secretary of State, especially public participation and transparency in our democratic institutions. As the Human Resources Director, Tasha is responsible for the Human Resources Division which supports the Agency in hiring and retaining a top notch work force. Areas of focus include recruiting, affirmative action, leaves management, classification and compensation, payroll, operations, employee training and development, employee relations and organizational development. Tasha has more than 19 years of state service with more than 15 of those years spent in the Human Resources profession.
