The property also benefits from parking for two-three cars on the driveway and at the rear of the garden there is a gate that gives walking access to the Halves Common and to the Purbeck Way. The property has a large open plan kitchen and dining area, with triple sliding doors, leading on to the west facing patio and lawned garden. The modern kitchen is well equipped and has an excellent range of units and appliances and a breakfast bar with seating.
