Spamton G. IT'S ME!!! It's still DARK He provides an optional sidequest that leads you to the Superboss of Chapter 2, and has a major role in the Weird Route, both while fueling his own agenda. He is the second of the Holders of the Shadow Crystals, and unlike his predecessor Jevil, has more importance to the plot of his chapter. Affably Evil : Zig-zagged in the normal route or if you abort a Weird Route. Spamton tries to act like a personable salesman at all times, but his tone jumps from genuine affability to self-serving sleaziness and, after he possesses the NEO body, to murderous insanity. First, Spamton offers Kris a scheme to help both "hit it '[BIG]'", as long as you follow his ominous instructions; however, while doing so, he treats Kris like either an old pal or a trusted customer who he has known for a long time. He switches back to "genuinely affable" again during the pacifist outcome, giving up when he realizes the gang was cutting at his wires, and changes his tune into appreciating their help, seemingly in a twisted perversion of Undertale 's concept. Alas, Poor Villain : After you beat him in a neutral route, if you go back to talk to Swatch or the Addisons, they lament his ultimate fate.

Fittingly, he spends all of chapter two trying to sell Kris garbage or exploit them for his own personal gain, spamton, spamton. Spamton's boss fight also contains several elements from Mettaton's boss fight that aren't used anywhere else in spamton series, like the yellow-heart shoot 'em up mechanics and several of his attacks.

This part of the Deltarune walkthrough explains how to find and defeat the Chapter 2 Secret Boss. Spamton's a key player in this, especially since he sells you the KeyGen to enter the Mansion 's Secret Room. That's where you find the Basement that leads to the Secret Boss. Talk to the sentient garbage can with the googly eyes for their account of a "little funny guy" muttering something about deals to the west. Walk all the way to the left until you reach a dead end with a black gaping hole in the wall. It might look like a part of the scenery, but it's actually the entrance to Spamton's shop. Don't be afraid of going inside.

The fantasy role-playing video game Undertale , developed by Toby Fox , takes place in a universe where monsters once coexisted with humans, but have long since been forgotten in modern times. Its main character is a human child who falls into the Underground, a large cave below Mount Ebott where human wizards trapped the monsters following an ancient war and from which they seek to escape. Its spiritual sequel , Deltarune , is an anagram of Undertale , and takes place in a parallel universe featuring many of the same characters. In Deltarune 's universe, humans and monsters still coexist in the modern day. The main character, Kris, discovers the Dark World, an alternate realm inhabited by Darkners, which are beings brought to life from objects originally from the Light World the regular world. They embark on a quest to close the Dark Fountains before darkness overtakes the real world. The following is a list of major characters who appear in one or both games in the series.

When questioned about it, he claims that Jevil only thinks about games while he works his ass off to be a big shot. Pure Evil Terms. Near the end of his dialogue, he'll allude to something serious but gets cut off to answer the phone, which swarms with his own attack. After the battle, Spamton drops his usual speech patterns to somberly deliver his last words, transforming into equipment… and if your inventory is full, the music stops as he berates you for filling your inventory most likely on purpose considering your immense item space to prevent him from entering it. Other than the somewhat differing name and the pink bow on the side , there is no real difference between them and the regular version. Permanently Missable Content : Being the secret superboss of Chapter 2, this is a given if you don't meet his prerequisites. Additionally, his NEO form brings to mind a winged demon, and you fight him either in the mansion's dilapidated basement or at the Dark Fountain, both of which draw parallels to common depictions of Hell. Sinister Schnoz : Spamton has a long, pointy nose that highlights his status as a mad, manipulative figure. On the other hand, Ralsei says that he "turned into our ally", and if the player somehow has a full item stash and tries to pick the transformed Spamton-item, Spamton, while still an item, will angrily rant about the player filling up stash just to exclude him, and then moves off the corner of the screen while still an item and into a chest, all of which seem to indicate that he's still alive as an item. If the player were to take the Snowgrave Route, Spamton would be the final boss, fighting him by without Susie or Ralsei. In the former, however, Spamton is very easy to understand, his speech manner is near-completely normal, and he will always sell the ThornRing for one specific price - Kromer. In his NEO boss fight, Spamton will sometimes receive phone calls from a mysterious source which are apparently "for you.

He becomes remorseful after defeat in a normal route, especially during the Pacifist outcome, though it is also shown in the Weird Route that he won't hold any compunctions about helping Kris and Noelle massacre his fellow Cyber World Darkners when an opportunity arises. However, we learn from another character in the normal route that he did get a call on the day of his eviction, the purpose of which is unknown but might have only worsened things. Much like Chara, he stays hidden throughout most of the route until he ambushes you at the very end, clearly intending to tie up loose ends and fully cement his control. Maybe you could break your own strings. Who's Laughing Now? He adds two more later into the battle. I heard he started looking for any way to become more popular. If the player were to buy the KeyGen from him, it would be able to open a gate in the Queen's mansion letting the player grab a disc in a broken mechanism that looks to be a humanoid, upload him into the disk, and then put the disk back into the mechanism. When or why their friendship ended is unknown. But then things started to crack. Granted, he's talking about literally enlarging his entire body as NEO; the following attack temporarily expands his head. That said, he also confirms he was always this short.
