Minimum Requirements: Associate's degree in a related area; or high school diploma and experience in office automation systems, data communications systems or networks, or data processing systems; Or an approved equivalence by the Division of State Human Resources; and at least one year of direct support to end-users of information systems, or relevant experience in a customer support environment. Must be able to adapt and respond quickly to matters of high importance relating to users throughout the state.
