So the parcel has been returned to RunnerInn or TradInn or whoever they are - proof of the return is attached, but they're keeping stealing the money and won't even reply to emails. AVOID this company at all costs. The worst of the worst. They shipped the wrong size, made me send six photos of the sneakers by the way, they were not in pristine condition and still rejected my return saying it was my mistake that I ordered a Dishonorable customer service. So if you order from them, pray they don't make a mistake.
