I refused the car. Dollar agent explained such complaints are common from Rentacar. The law covering Distance Selling Regulations state they must detail all charges. Despite being wrong Rentalcars. I absolutely do not recommend. To exacerbate the situation, they provided me with a UK contact number to reach out to, only to be informed that I couldn't obtain the rental car and wouldn't even be eligible for a refund due to the rental start time having passed. Have virtually no competitors. Naturally, I have already escalated this matter with my credit card company to ensure a refund, but the entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. They were willing to rent me a car, but I would have had to pay all over again, at a much higher price. We were shunned from the ticket counter where they rudely refused to help us.
