Rekkles began his esports career in and despite short stints with other teams, he has been with Fnatic for the majority of his career to date - 8 years. With this organization he also achieved the greatest successes. The best year was undoubtedly , where with Fnatic he won both the spring and summer splits, played in the semifinals of the Mid-Season Invitational and became runner-up of the World Championship , losing in the grand final to Invictus Gaming. After such a long time in Fnatic and the expiration of his contract in , Rekkles joined G2 Esports. He spent 1 year there, placing 3rd in the Spring Split and 4th in the Summer Split , respectively. On November 16th , Rekkles began a new chapter in his career and joined Karmine Corp.

During this time, even at such a young age, Rekkles had the chance to play against teams of an especially high standard. As he was unable to play in the LCS, Fnatic. Beta a secondary Fnatic squad was created around him. However the team disbanded after a few months. In May he started playing together with YoungBuck , Shook v2 , cowTard , and Unlimited as PrideFC , and after the team got signed by Copenhagen Wolves , he agreed to continue playing with them as a stand-in. Together, he and Fnatic decided that it would be best for him to rejoin the roster in the Season, as he was not eligible to play until after the group stage. The Spring Split went relatively well for the team. Rekkles' very first week playing in the Spring Split saw him take the prize of weekly MVP as Fnatic won each of their 4 superweek games, mainly due to his performances on Jinx. Fnatic ended the split in 2nd place behind SK Gaming , securing themselves a place in the Spring Playoffs. The whole team raised their game for the playoffs, and they emerged victorious after a win against Alliance in their semifinal matchup, and against SK Gaming in the Grand Final. Due to Fnatic's performance in the Spring Playoffs, they had qualified to compete at All-Star Paris , along with other regional winners from around the world. The team made it to the semifinals of the tournament, losing to the world champions at the time, SK Telecom T1 K. The start of the Summer Split was shaky for Rekkles and the team. Fnatic could not break into the top 2 until Week 7 of the split, at which point their main rivals Alliance were already a considerable distance ahead of them in the race for 1st place. The team aimed to put the split behind them and focus on the Summer Playoffs.

So Rekkles started looking for options in other teams rekkles in the LEC.

Although rumours around this have been circulating even before Worlds concluded, this still came as a surprise to many as Rekkles had already earned plenty of accolades throughout his career before joining an Academy squad in another region. He has also been recognised as the MVP in multiple seasons throughout his year career as a pro. However, Rekkles had a difficult journey as a pro in the last couple of years, struggling to adapt to G2 Esports in Season and finding no home in the LEC for Season Rekkles was welcomed back to Fnatic for Season , where the team failed to make playoffs in Winter and Spring. I've stayed down long enough, it's about time I stand back up. Rekkles' move to T1's Academy marks a notable shift for the year-old player, who had expressed a desire for a different role earlier.
