It is the final evolution of Pucci's Stand, preceded by Whitesnake and C-MOON , with the ability to accelerate time using gravitational forces for everything except living things. Made in Heaven takes the appearance of a thin, masculine humanoid fused at its waist to the front end of a horse, resembling a two-legged centaur. Its head is slightly elongated with a long vine wound around the top. The center of its face has a smooth, black surface and a large speedometer embedded in the region of where its eyes and nose would be. The rest of its face is lighter, matching the colors of its body. It has long feathers protruding out of its neck and the sides of its forearms are slightly furry.

The horse wears blinders W and reins W , held in the hands of the humanoid half, which wears a collar of long feathers. It wears a crown of thorny vines, perhaps mirroring Pucci's devotion to Jesus, due to being a Catholic priest. Its head may be compared to that of the Alien films' W Xenomorph W ; slightly elongated, with a smooth, black surface; embedded with a large clock face in the region of its eyes and nose, with its mouth on its jaw as a piece with the majority of its light or white body. It has large speedometers also embedded in its body at the side of the joint of the horse's legs and the horse's forehead, with smaller ones on side of the humanoids' shoulders, its forearms, and the back of its hands, and on the horse's blinders. Made in Heaven represents the apex of Pucci's Stand capabilities. While its physical attributes may not be extraordinary, its mastery over time bestows upon it an unparalleled speed advantage. Pucci, however, is less intrigued by Made in Heaven's time acceleration abilities and more interested in its potential to birth a new universe with extraordinary attributes. This time differential between individuals' perceptions and the actual flow of time causes all non-biological events to appear greatly accelerated, posing a significant threat to living beings. Objects subject to this acceleration, including vehicles and other mobile objects, become uncontrollable and perilous. Natural phenomena like melting, freezing, and drying likewise accelerate to a point where human reactions become impossible.
