Peter Jozzeppi Burns 5 August — 23 October was an English singer, songwriter and television personality who formed the band Dead or Alive in during the new wave era and acted as the band's lead vocalist and principal songwriter.

He was part of Dead or Alive as a keyboardist, saxophonist and partly a guitarist. Tim became part of Dead or Alive from , just during the time when the recordings of some demos for the first studio album Sophisticated Boom Boom began. During the first album he was in charge of the synthesizers and the saxophone. In , unfortunately, he retired along with Mike Percy who was also part of the band as a bass player.
