I've swapped out the throttle body with a extra one I had from an complete intake I bought to shave. I have drive by wire set up. The symptoms I'm having are I can go and test drive it and it will run fine and dandy untill I floor it. Any ideas? Look at the purple and yellow wires from the throttle body. Wiggle them and pull lightly, see if they are cracked or pulling out of the connector. Disconnect and reseat all your TAC wiring and make sure its all fully clicked. Unless your running massive induction on a stock tune, its not something you'd set of commonly.
