Those are the people that you find in comp, who most likely start moaning and blaming their team, barely 30 seconds into the game, when the first push fails and no ults have even been used yet. I know there was a test in place for servers in Chile, this would help us tremendously. If we just let people from Brazil match up with people from their same country who speak the same language.
