It converts any New Holland , , or TL loader with pin-on type bucket to allow the use of skid steer-compatible attachments. In other words, with this kit on the front of your tractor, any attachment that mounts to a skid loader can now mount to your front end loader. It opens up a whole new world of versatility! This kit replaces your existing pin-on plate on the front of the loader. It does require cutting off the pin-style mounts and welding a new face plate included in this kit on the bucket, which any welding shop should be able to complete. Just unlatch the quick attach, and back out of one attachment or bucket; drive into another one, pick it up, latch the handles and go — just like a skid-steer loader.
