Power Outage is a mission that takes place at Lee Chemicals. In it, the player has to destroy the dam turbines and auxiliary power in order to shut Lee Chemicals down. Gordon Woo is furious that his safes have been dumped into the ocean. He falsely blames this on Lawrence Lee Junior and seeks to take "revenge" on him.
