In Project Zomboid, you can find the Louisville location to the far east. Louisville is also located directly north of both West Point and Valley Station. The exact location of Louisville can be seen below on the Project Zomboid in-game map. That said, spawning at West Point is the best option for getting to Louisville early on in the game. In general I've not found the population to be a huge challenge, but there are buildings like the hospital that are just infested.
