You can easily swap out something for Body Slam as well since Lapras's attack and special attack are even making it versatile. Although it's move pool doesn't allow for much in terms of physical moves outside Normal moves. It is important for Lapras to have Ice Beam since that is its main coverage. You can easily run one without Surf but in main game Surf is a great option since its powerful and has a decent amount of PP. Perish Song is another good one to have in game since NPCs don't typically switch allowing you to take out bulky or annoying opponents who use confusion or evasion tactics as a means of stalling you out.
