While the original story did not paint an idea of how strong this skill of hers was, the Minato one-shot remedied that by showing the fans that Kushina actually used to train Minato in the arts of Sealing Jutsu. While Minato was a great ninja on his own, even a genius such as himself could not compete against Kushina when it came to Sealing jutsu. Her skill and knowledge in these arts were in a league of her own and the future Hokage was not shy to ask her for help. By the point when Kushina and Minato meet for the first time, it is established in the manga that they train for quite regularly and that Kushina had already taught him several Sealing Jutsu. Kushina went on to say that Minato is a very fast learner, however, there are some other techniques that she wants him to try out. This just goes to show that her Sealing Jutsu prowess might just be one of the very best in the entire series. There are only a handful of Shinobi in the ninja world capable of matching Kushina when it comes to Sealing Jutsu.
