Kiva is a lovely space to relax however 3 out of 4 spas have no bubbles. The jets don't work and the spa feels dirty. I have been many times over the last few years and these jets are never working. I have been to this spa numerous times now and it's always wonderful. The massages are always lovely and it's so beautiful there, making it a relaxing Balinese feeling treat.
