Im still having the infinite Preparing issue and after a couple of hours I get the same response that there was a error and to try again in a few minutes. I hit download and it just says preparing for about 10 minutes then cancels the download. Could you please perform an EA app recovery to see if that fixes the issue? Also, please make sure that you have plenty of hard drive storage available, as discussed here. Performing the EA app recovery does not fix the issue for me at least.
