I've been doing pit runs recently and just got a defense superior corona with 3 sockets. I'd imagine this ought to be worth at least an ok rune? Can I expect something from this? Defense doesn't matter, sockets, mods, and low requirements are what makes helms useful. Delirium isn't that useful IMO, sure it has some decent mods but a good rare is much much better. Plus the chance to turn into a bone fetish really sucks, sure it might look cool but it's not helpful at all. The only decent runeword on a helm is Dream.

To make the other item qualities even helm runewords obsolete? It is so hard to find a 5 to Nado pelt for example. And why would you still use a Delirium ever?
