On what was to be a normal night of performing at Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex, Glamrock Freddy suffered a glitch that caused him to shut down, forcing the Pizzaplex to close early for the night. However, one of the guests, Gregory, takes the opportunity to sneak into Freddy's chest compartment. Gregory remains in it until Freddy reboots back in his Green Room in Rockstar Row, at which point he discovers Gregory and tells him to get out. Upon doing so, Freddy discovers that Gregory doesn't have a guest profile and is also unable to contact the main office, which Gregory reveals is because of the Pizzaplex's security guard Vanessa, a fact Freddy initially doesn't believe. Knowing Gregory has to get out before the Pizzaplex goes into lockdown for the night, Freddy guides Gregory to free him from the outside before telling Gregory to climb back inside him so they can go through the maintenance tunnels. On the way, they have an encounter with Vanessa where Freddy plays dumb about both his presence there and Gregory's whereabouts in a first aid station across from them while learning that the other animatronics of the Pizzaplex are on the hunt for Gregory. Now believing Gregory's claim about being hunted by Vanessa, Freddy declares he will keep him safe and the two continue through the tunnels. Unfortunately, the two are forced to part when Freddy's power starts reaching critical levels and he needs to recharge at a nearby station, though he still guides Gregory through the Faz-Watch he gave him earlier. Freddy, for his part, apologizes but says that all Gregory has to do is wait for 6AM for the lockdown to end and also promises that he will help Gregory however he can. Upon Gregory's Entry Pass getting accidentally exchanged for a Daycare Pass instead of one for the Atrium, Freddy says that they can reunite in the Daycare.
