It is a sequel to " Blue's Big Musical ". This leads to a game of Blue's Clues to figure out where the audition is. It is a sunny morning in Storybook World, Mr. Salt greets us at the door and we are also greeted by Tickety Tock, Slippery Soap, Shovel, Pail and Sidetable Drawer as Josh sings in the shower of his hopeful audition. After Josh is dressed and ready for another day, he sings and dances with his friends and has breakfast with the Spice Family. Just as Josh sits in the Thinking Chair, he wonders where Blue is and she appears under a spotlight adding a dance to Josh's routine as the number ends. Josh is hopeful he got an audition and is sure it came in the mail when Mailbox comes with the mail "Mailtime". Josh asks if it's the letter he has been waiting for and Mailbox thinks it is which leads Josh to exclaim in song "We Just Got A Letter. Everyone in the house is very happy for Josh!
