Last year I had to reset the Hitron modem about 1 per week. Issues continued but where tolerable until this September we now have to to hardware reset unplug AC power after about 12 hours! Fizz disabled the Docsis logs from the so it's impossible to self-diag signal issues. Fizz is sending a tech this friday to review the setup but I'm not hopeful the only other idea I have to is sign-up to a videotron internet in parallel and hopefully there technical support will be able to find the cause of the connection issues then cancel the service keeping fizz could it be someone operating unlicensed equipment causing interference at certain times?
