Being an obsessive person, and having gone through this issue with my Fitbit I found out every possible reason why this happens. On your Fitbit, go to settings and tap the heart rate to turn the heart rate monitor on. Also, clean the sensor side of your Fitbit to improve contact with the skin. If you have a Fitbit Versa 3, turning the heart rate monitor on cannot be a fix because the heart rate monitor cannot be turned off in the first place in Versa 3. Hoping this will fix the issue. Nothing suggested worked for me so I deleted the device and set it up again which takes 2 mins and it works fine now. I have been told I am out of warranty.. It only takes a few minutes. This was rather an expensive gift that shoukd be expected to perform longer than 6 months. Replies are disabled for this topic.
