To start customer service was amazing. The door is extremely high quality and absolutely beautiful. Install was easy, but make sure you have help, the doors are extremely heavy. The only minor issue was the install of the door handle. I had to clean up the mortise for the deadbolt with a dremmel. Not a huge deal only took a minute or two. Well built door. Looks great. Operates flawlessly. Only negative comment I can make, it would have been nice if the instructions indicated the door was to be mounted inside; instead of on the outside, like normal exterior doors.
