I know its far fetched but thing like this need thinking about to excersize the grey matter nice post. Isn't the justice system based on the idea that it is worse to send an innocent person to jail than let ten guilty walk free? To take this up a notch- what if one is sentenced to execution but the innocent one can not live without the guilty one?
