Prefixes are names and attributes given to magic items , Jewels , and Charms. In rare items , while the same prefixes are used, the names are hidden, as rare names are randomly generated and two rare items with identical stats may have different names. Although more affixes will spawn on a rare item, many of the strongest affixes are restricted to magic items. The prefix is the first modifier in an item's label, such as a Bronze Club. A Suffix is the end modifier, such as Bronze Club of Strength. Affixes do not necessarily follow weapon classes or usual categorizations for items. The following is a list to explain what the items mean to affixes. The listed equipment also includes the Exceptional and Elite versions. Diablo Wiki Explore.
