In this AU, Aoi was the mastermind. The main reason she set up the killing game was because she was constantly bullied by everyone around her growing up which made her feel despair so she wanted everyone else to feel it too. This began with her executing her entire old class by impaling them with spears. After this, she started to target other schools by kidnapping certain students and torturing them until they would kill whoever she wanted. Eventually, she got to Hope's Peak where she thought up the killing game. During the killing game, Aoi acted sweet and kind but she was secretly plotting to kill everyone once she revealed herself. In Chapter 6, Aoi revealed herself as the mastermind and executed everyone but Kyoko by drowning them in the school pool. The reason she didn't execute Kyoko is because she decided to torture her instead as she never did anything about Aoi being bullied. After placing everyone's corpses into an incinerator, Aoi decided to kidnap more Ultimates so she could see the people she once was bullied by die painful deaths. Whilst more killings games occurred, she would torture Kyoko brutally.
