Dana Terrace born December 8, is an American animator and voice actor, best known as the creator of the Disney Channel animated series The Owl House. She is also known for storyboarding on Gravity Falls and directing on the reboot of DuckTales. Terrace was born in Hamden, Connecticut. She spent eight years going to St. The film was praised as being "flawlessly executed," [16] was shown at the LA Shorts Fest, [18] and resulted in Terrace and Maidagan receiving an Alumni Scholarship Award. On November 21, , ahead of the series premiere, Disney Channel renewed the series for a second season , which premiered on June 12, On May 17, , the series was renewed for a third season , ahead of the second season premiere. The series ended on April 8, , with the minute special " Watching and Dreaming ". The Owl House follows Luz , a self-assured teenage girl who accidentally stumbles upon a portal to a magical world where she befriends a rebellious witch, Eda , and an adorably tiny warrior, King. Despite not having magical abilities, Luz pursues her dream of becoming a witch by serving as Eda's apprentice at the Owl House and ultimately finds a new family in an unlikely setting.

Dana Terrace is an American animator, writer, storyboard artist, director, producer, and voice actress, who, for Disney , is best known for her work on Gravity Falls and the creator of The Owl House. Terrace graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York during the spring of and subsequently moved to Los Angeles , California after getting hired as a storyboard revisionist for Gravity Falls. After finishing work on the show, Terrace became a director of the first season of the rebooted DuckTales series and as a storyboard artist for the Tangled: The Series episode " Challenge of the Brave ". In addition to this, she has also provided in-house animation for both Gravity Falls and DuckTales. For DuckTales , she was an additional animator in the episode " Woo-oo! Terrace received a "special thanks" credit in the Amphibia episode " The Hardest Thing ".
