It turned out that there was no service after p. However on our return to the hotel after the theatre we discovered the floor was still soaking wet and still covered with our wet towels we had used to mop up the water. It wasn't welcoming when we arrived in the room as it was very cold and the carpet was wet. Great location on the south bank near London Bridge Station. We had asked for an accessible room and the room was big. There are basically no people in the car to Oxford. I made a reservation for two people at a bargain price, but it was a flat with 2 beds, a living room and a kitchen. The experience was very good at the time, the hotel is in a good location and cost-effective, so I thought I would choose to stay here afterwards. While they can't control the heat, it's unfortunate that they don't have any air conditioning - it made it really challenging to sleep, so I would recommend staying somewhere else over the summer months.
