Comprehensive engagement in the sport of rowing can help young people develop important life skills including teamwork, focus, resilience, learning through coaching, and appreciating the link between effort and success. It encourages positive lifelong habits beneficial to physical and mental health through exercise and nutritious diet. Our program also teaches water safety and swimming.
