I have been there many times, I went in on yesterday and the service manager was very honest with me about the poor condition of my car. I really appreciated the honesty and the attention to Completely disreputable. Went in for a standard oil change and state inspection. The oil change somehow took two hours and my vehicle 'failed' the state inspection because of a 'leaky steering I went in yesterday because my car crapped out on me in the middle of the road. Several good samaritans helped me push my car to the nearest parking lot for safety. Luckily, I was within walking I dropped my car off bright and early at the Euless location because 2 of my wheel studs in the front passenger wheel were broken and hence the lug nuts had fallen off! I got a picture from the Horrible customer service! Store Manager John Senato completely blew up on me in front of my family after asking for clarification on why I was paying to keep my own battery they had to take out Great customer service, all the guys are very friendly who work there and make things go smooth and fast at monthly calibrations for the interlock. I have had my interlock for 6 months now and They have a very clean an well organized shop, we're on time with my appointment and even fixed an led that I was having trouble with.
