While this is fun, I don't think it's as utilitarian as the self heal and desert movement of the Dine. This said, used on a character with self heal such as Witch , the Arduanatt is probably better than Dine as the witch can self heal through desert sickness and other out of combat damage so doesn't really need what Dine offers.
