One big consideration for me in choosing a nail salon is how I observe the staff to treat me, compared to other customers, how staff treat each other, what languages are spoken and is this a consideration with regards to respect for all customers and staff alike and are prices fair, the same for all as posted and do the prices change fairly and over time or do some people pay more or less depending on who they are and who they know and do the staff make up stories about just taking cash versus other forms of payment and how this all fluctuates or remains stable over time.
