This is my third apartment complex in the past 3 years, and it is by far my favorite. Management are not only friendly but incredibly responsive. The location of the property relative to downtown Durham and Brightleaf is great. Also, while the rent is not "cheap", relative to other 1 BR, 1 BA apartment complexes in the same Durham area, it is one of the cheaper options. For the most part, I really like living in my apartment complex.

Simply putting in noise reducing windows or indicating that the unit faces the freeway at time of leasing would have addressed this problem.

The staff are responsive and ready to fix any problem that we have. The are renovating the building so that is a bit of an annoyance. It's convenient because of its location, its amenities and its staff.

I have lived here for a wonderful 2 and a half years and have loved I applied to live here and once I saw the apartment I applied for I decided it was way too small considering the price of rent they asked for. They also have lots of construction going on, the dog I've been here for the past year and I actually really love my apartment. The layout is really nice and open and bright.
