Just wondering if anyone signed up to the Zoe app and lost weight? Hi, I'm nearly at the end of the four month period and have lost no weight. I think it depends on the reason you're not as slim as you like - I'm a saint Monday-Thursday and then eat and drink too much Fri-Sun and I haven't changed my weekend ways enough to see a difference in weight. Worth it in other ways though I think and I'm sure if I reigned in weekends it would have had bigger impact. I feel WAY better, loads more energy etc, but was hoping to be slimmer too! One of the problems is I end up eating a lot of nuts and cheese, and a lot of pulses so might try and change that to fish and see if it makes a difference….

Not sure this is the right place for this Anyone else doing the Zoe Nutrition Testing? My results were poor, so now I'm tackling my diet. I thought it was pretty good but it's clear it needs a major overhaul. So much information but finding it good. Oh op I am really interested in this! Childishly what puts me off is the poo sample My worry is I don't act on the advice they provide and it's another waste of money. How is the feedback presented? I'm doing this. I found the blood sugar tracking element of the trial a complete revelation - I thought i was eating pretty healthily - for example a salad with a bread roll for lunch. Not a good plan!

I've read a lot about Zoe nutrition - a much hyped, expensive nutrition package which helps you to regulate blood glucose and blood lipids, and improve your microbiome profile. Therefore guiding a better diet? I do think that looking after your health is worth it in the long run but I haven't seen this test so not sure what costs are. I love their podcasts. The Mediterranean is top again in a number of categories. Emperor's New Gillian McKeith. Seems to be a lot of poo analysis involved.

I'm a month in. Joined for very similar reasons. Just had my results which were as expected, and really liking it so far. May I say he looks gaunt I've done it and am 2 months in. I'm late forties and overweight. The testing is interesting, but where I have found it most useful is after the results come in and the app opens up with your personalised scores. This has really driven home to me how bad some foods are for my health. I feel so much better and have so much energy. My mood is better, and I sleep well.

Sounds as though a Glucose Goddess green salad first might be something to do. I was also thinking the same about the tests and also repeating the CGM directly from Libre. I was really unwell for the main week of tests with a really horrible gastro bug so hoping that hasn't screwed up my results, particularly my gut bug test. I've also got some pearl barley. I think I feel the same as you really. After an initial few days of transition, I have had no trouble maintaining my changes. Watching with interest. Some people seem to love it, but I suspect these were very new ideas to them. Thanks for your clear and detailed feedback. Photo attached: we had been chatting but she couldn't answer so simply diappeared. I feel WAY better, loads more energy etc, but was hoping to be slimmer too! Please can I join? I understand it's not your responsibility, but if you could give a recipe or a few food stuffs that score well for others but badly for you that would be really interesting to see.

There is only 0. I am finding it interesting and helpful for now though, although the novelty may well wear off. The results from the other tests were less clear and they lost the blood test result so gave me a generic answer that I couldn't process fat - they certainly did not suggest that I could do the test again. Or Emperor's new clothes? I'm excited about the patch to monitor blood sugar as that is the root of my problem. Best to ask! Found you! Possibly sexist too. The Zoe company is funded by private equity and TS is a co-partner. Watching with interest.
