And even if by misfortune Arohi ends up getting married to Abhimanyu while the truth about Abhir has not come out, his character will have a shock after the revelation. It is really a good decision of abhimanyu not to hide that and arohi reacted well for that. The fact that Abhimanyu spoke about his worries about Abhir to Muskaan proves that he was ready to do his job as a doctor and find out about his condition and then take action if he deemed it necessary. They get happy. No parent will give importance to the words of a child when conditions show otherwise. Similarly, Abhimanyu should be portrayed as a great doctor who is happy with Arohi and Ruhi.
