They met while completing their yoga teacher training in One year later they launched Yoga Quarter in Ballyhackamore. Being both community-driven and environmentally-conscious, the pair were also inspired by the zero-waste shops popping up in towns and cities across Europe. So two years later they created Refill Quarter: Belfast's first zero-waste shop, located on the Belmont Road. Both the shop and the studio have been positively embraced by the people of East Belfast and have become an integral part of the community.
The original form of hot yoga, based on the Bikram series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Bikram yoga systematically works every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, organ and gland. It also moves oxygenated blood to the cells of your body. An invigorating vinyasa flow. Deeply physical but also spiritual, these high energy classes includes music and hands-on adjustments. A big focus of the class is coordinating movement with breath.

In these classes the teacher assumes that students have a general experience of yoga and the poses. Less detailed explanations of the poses will be given, and transitions may be more creative. Classes will still include the use of props and suggested modifications but the modifications will more likely be for those who want to take it a little bit easier. Classes will offer a well-balanced practice and may include some poses that are considered intermediate.

Absolutely recommend to anyone who want to get kids interestred in yoga! I came as a complete beginner and was introduced, recommended and welcomed into every class I tried until I found my favourites and I'm now a happy regular. The aim is to reproduce the Indian climate that Choudhury knew. My 4 year old attended Kids Yoga with Anna and it was an amazing experience! Really enjoyed it and looking forward to the next one.
