Taissa's opponent claims she puts education first by "cannibalizing your tax dollars". The girls hold a funeral for Coach Martinez and the others killed in the crash - Rachel Goldman and the plane's pilot Robert , co-pilot Fred and flight attendant Janet. Laura Lee speaks in memoriam for them and a prayer. As she continues to speak, Taissa Turner slips into a flashback. She is now a little girl, at the bedside of her very sick grandmother, who is in bed, praying. She asks her to come sit with her. Taissa asks if she's going to die and she tells her that dying is nothing to be afraid of, that the Lord calls them back to heaven. Back in the time of the plane crash, Laura Lee finishes her prayer, but Taissa says that she's going for a walk.

Misty held on to his business card when the two ran into him at the bar while discussing the mysteries surrounding the ominous postcards they received. And he seems eager to get Natalie back in his life. Who would benefit from killing Travis?

The survivors find a lake; from there, they spot a cabin. In , away from societal norms and regulations, Jackie and her leadership crumble bit by bit. When Taissa spots a lake a few miles away and tells the other girls that they should go to it to secure a water source, Jackie adamantly refuses, claiming that the best option for them is to stay near the plane and wait for the rescuers. The audience knows this to be true. After all, we have seen Misty destroying the emergency transmitter. Eventually, they reach the lake. As the survivors take a brief respite from their worries and fear and start to relax, Lottie spots a reflection in the distance. She and the others go looking for the source and find a cabin. Their hope that it is occupied with people that can help them is soon dashed when they realize that no one has been there in years. It appears that Lottie takes some kind of drug that helps her with her mental health.

Taissa goes over to Sammy, saying they need to talk about why he hit the boy. We survived a fucking plane crash. Etched into the floorboards is the strange symbol from before. So much of Yellowjackets seemed set to deal with trauma, the ongoing nightmare that the girls, now women, are still trapped in, even decades after the crash. The episode starts, rather sweetly, with a burial. Things begin to look up when Taissa, returning from a hike, spots a lake.
She had had a bad feeling about the place and the long-deceased guy sitting in the corner has confirmed her bad vibes. Past Taissa covers her mouth at the sight of a skeleton in a chair, draped in cobwebs. In the past, Taissa watches the girls playing in the lake and smiles. Bringing in the cabin in the woods is an enjoyable little reframing of the narrative; up until this point, viewers may have assumed the show would be hunting a very human type of monster. She is careful to remain unseen, but nearly loses him. Shauna sees abou Did you know Edit. She sees him get in his car and she follows him. Travis didn't do this.
