Tuesday, March 8th, PM. I've been using the Xfinity Authenticator app basically since it was first released and it has worked as expected all that time. I use fingerprint biometrics for logging in and used that in the app for logging in to my Xfinity account online and the Xfinity Mobile site online for years. It has always worked until about months ago not sure exactly now when it started. Recently when I try to login to the Xfinity Mobile site online I get the Authenticator app notification and the fingerprint scan screen pops up on my phone, it scans and accepts my fingerprint in the app on my phone, but fails to approve the login online I then select enter code and enter the code from the app, and that allows the login to complete.
