Xemnas and ansem
Xemnas wields the power of "nothingness", which takes the form of non-elemental energy. In addition to expelling this energy in various forms, such as barriers and electricity-like arcs, he channels this energy into his weapons, red blades of energy called Ethereal Blades. He commands the Sorcerer Nobodies. He is also the original Organization's most powerful member. Xemnas's name is derived from the alias his human form took when he assumed the identity of his exiled mentor, Ansem. Terra-Xehanort assumes the name of his master, Ansem the Wise, and he and his fellow apprentices banish Ansem to the Realm of Darkness. Their subsequent experiments cause them to lose their hearts in darkness , and Xehanort's being is split into a Heartless and a Nobody, the Heartless being Ansem, Seeker of Darkness , while the Nobody is Xemnas. While Xemnas's goal is ostensibly to summon Kingdom Hearts , he also seeks to gather thirteen vessels, each to bear a piece of Master Xehanort 's heart. The Organization's final member piques Xemnas's interest greatly, as he is the Nobody of a Keyblade wielder. Xemnas tracks down the young boy in Twilight Town and names him Roxas , taking him to his new home in The World That Never Was where he introduces Roxas to the rest of the Organization. Xemnas arrives at Hollow Bastion shortly after recruiting Roxas, in order to observe Sora, Roxas's original being. Xemnas walks through Sora, intangible, causing Sora to experience many of his memories in rapid succession.
Because Xemnas was born from the body of Terra, his overall appearance is identical to Terra's, save for the silver hair, orange eyes, and older appearance resultant from having Xehanort's soul. With only a few members, such as Xigbar, aware of Xemnas's true goal, it possibly stems from his previous existence as Master Xehanort. In all his battles, xemnas and ansem, he displays outstanding agility and athletic prowess as well as excellent swordsmanship and martial arts skill, capable of xemnas and ansem relentless barrages of attacks from both his Ethereal Blades and even unarmed that are hard to block, preferring swift spinning kicks but also able to deliver powerful quick roundhouse punches and his Limitcut replica could launch Sora into the air and knock him down with just his hands and legs.

Hear me, Kingdom Hearts! It seems we must begin anew. Ah, but know this: I will give to you as many hearts as it takes. Mark my words. You can no more be complete without me than I without you. Heed me, Kingdom Hearts!

By "apprentice" I mean that he is one of Ansem the Wise's many apprentices. Xemnas tells Sora that he is Master Xehanort's intended final vessel of the new Organization , but Sora refuses and engages Xemnas in battle once again. Zeryus 13 years ago 3. And if riku had the power of ansem in him while he was fighting xemnas, then doesn't that technically mean ansem's powers beat xemnas? Number VI: Larxene. But problematic in the sense of drawing each other power, but not about ''being Xehanort''? And the fact that ansem retained his human form because he had a strong heart does mean he is really strong. In his final section of his battle with Sora and Riku, dubbed "Final Xemnas," Xemnas's appearance is unchanged, save for his cloak. This leads me to believe that if Nortless and Xemnas both were out there trying to wield it could potentially cause a similar issue. Being the founder of Organization XIII and apparently the oldest of Nobodies, Xemnas is truly emotionless, in every sense of the word, and does not even remember what it was like to have any feelings.
The Nobody of Terra-Xehanort , and by extension Terra and Xehanort , Xemnas is an extremely powerful Nobody holding dominion over all other Nobodies in a vein similar to his Heartless counterpart Ansem, Seeker of Darkness.
Ansem soon teleports away with Xemnas, both telling Sora to set his heart free and to surrender it to darkness. But just to be clear, you can still use a Keyblade even if you are only a heart. But this only highlights the same issue I mentioned above: if you have Xemnas, Nortless and Terranort all in a room, all three of them are presumably going to be trying to summon the same Keyblade. In his final section of his battle with Sora and Riku, dubbed "Final Xemnas," Xemnas's appearance is unchanged, save for his cloak. He can manifest a barrier capable of damaging Sora and use the barrier offensively by having it rush towards Sora or using it to trap him. After a very intense battle, Xemnas manages to badly injure Riku before Sora batters him into submission with both his and Riku's Keyblades before the two unleash a beam of light from Sora's Keyblade, piercing Xemnas through the chest. It would be almost the same issue that some people rage about with Fire Emblem character representation in Smash Bros "oh boy! While Xemnas's goal is ostensibly to summon Kingdom Hearts , he also seeks to gather thirteen vessels, each to bear a piece of Master Xehanort 's heart. In Kingdom Hearts III , Xemnas replaces his previous darkness and light-empowered hand-to-hand attacks with a Nothingness empowered swift spinning kick and he could release fissures of blue energy with his Ethereal Blades.
