Like, now it can't hold a charge and the icon says the battery is at half-percent even though I left it to charge for more than an hour. And I don't even charge it a lot of the time. Only when the battery is at low percent and that's it. I don't even know why mine is having this problem. I even had similar problems on the Xbox One Plug and Play charging kit to the point I used three different rechargable batteries.

I tried a different USB-C cable and port and it was still not holding a charge after 4 hours. But neither of them keeps a charge for more than 15 minutes.

You put this in and then connect the USB C to the normal controller port its not a separate plug in like a lot of previous battery packs. A: The battery in this kit will fit in your controller and work, but the USB-C cable will not connect to your controller. However, any standard micro-USB cable will work. It is usually the same price and the micro-USB cable that comes in that kit has a little light on it which is a nice touch.
