When Dragon Spirit of White is in the graveyard you have multiple ways of reviving it and when in the deck you can Special Summon it with Sage or White Stone of Ancients. But when in your hand, Dragon Spirit of White is pretty much stuck there and your only option is to use it as effect cost. Knowing this, you might want to prioritize its Special Summoning from the deck. You can target Maiden with Sage's effect, which will also get 2 Blue-Eyes monsters on the field. You want to use the White Stone monsters in your graveyard as often as possible to activate their resource gaining effects. This includes milling them or using them as effect cost. Send White Stone of Ancients to the graveyard whenever possible so you get to summon a free Blue-Eyes from the deck during your End Phase. Notable ways of doing this include targeting White Stone of Ancients with Sage's effect, using it as effect cost, or using it as synchro material. White Stone of Legends has far less impact on the board when compared to White Stone of Ancients, but what it does have is a quicker search effect.
