The petitions process is one of the main ways the public can engage with and influence welsh senedd petitions work of the Senedd. Welsh senedd petitions

The Petitions Committee has been set up by the Senedd to consider all petitions that meet our rules of collecting signatures. The Committee will next meet on 18 March For every petition you can now see a 'heatmap' showing where people have been signing that petition. You can see maps based on Constituency or Region. We hope this new feature will be useful to both those creating and signing petitions. On Wednesday 16 December, the Senedd agreed to amend Standing Orders relating to the number of signatures required in order for a petition to be considered by the Petitions Committee.
